In the mouth : Nice structure and very well balanced with a surprising mellowness. Flavors of toasted bread and beauty mineral on the finish.

Terroir: Clay-limestone terroir with a strong predominance of limestone at the top of the slope
Care: Limited deep tilling to prevent erosion because the slope is very steep
